On March 22, we lost a Hip Hop giant… Phife Dawg due to complications from diabetes.
Before he passed, he was working on an EP titled Give Thanks and today the single “Nutshell” produced by J Dilla was released posthumously. The song was premiered on Beats 1 Radio and the video has popped up on his YouTube channel. Shout out to local favorite and OG DJ, Rasta Root, with the ill cameo appearance.
